We won Shaft back from Chelsea Arts Club in 2010, and this victory means the coveted trophy has been in our possession for five years now. Bach was equal top score with Extras! This match was the Phené Philanderers' 300th victory (assuming we did not win any of the 3 games whose results are unknown). Our losses number exactly 300 too.

It didn't look too good for the Phené at 68 for 6, but then an unbroken stand of 69 by Burt and Roshan won the match.

This was a 30 over match. We came close, but our highest score of the season was not quite enough. The PPfLaB carried his bat for 1* at No. 9.

Abinger posted a decent score, but we chased it down with nine overs to spare and for the loss of only one wicket thanks to a partnership of 121 between Roshan and Bachelor in which Roshan scored his maiden century.

Bachelor scored his first ton for the Phené to give us a large enough total to win this 9-a-side match quite comfortably.

It's all about numbers. We could muster only 6 players (55%) for our 14th fixture - very poor. Fortunately Ebernoe were very understanding and loaned us 2 players so that we could have an 8-a-side game. The match comprised 2 innings of 15 overs each, with the batting orders reversed in the 2nd innings. We failed to chase down 72 to win, falling short by about 20 runs. A muted end to the 2015 season - we can but hope for better in the 2016 season.
